     Inscriptions and seals in Urkesh
The crowned prince: This seal shows the king, queen and a young man in a prominent position. He is probably the crowned prince, who’s mother is eager to see him as the successor of his father. Only one seal for the son of the king was found (endan) who was probably chosen as the crowned prince.
In the photos, we see queen Uqnitum in another seal impression, with a small pig on her side. It was probably a motif to fill the space under the box that contained her name. part of the seal is broken, and it is expected that it had inscription on it, related to sacrificing the pig, the Abi rituals, and how connected the queen is with the woman who performs these Hurrian rituals. What is special here, is that these seal impression gives us an idea of the various jobs of the women in Urkesh, as a queen, princess, nurse, cook or a simple made.
